How do I get started?
Send the form or email us. Our team will share practitioner pricing privately and set up your account.
What if a client returns a bottle?
If a client returns OrthoNew™ for any reason, we refund 100% of the wholesale price you paid for that bottle. Simply request a Returns Authorization Number (RMA#) by emailing inquiries@austinherbalsciences.com or using the form above, pack up the bottle(s), write the RMA# on the package, and ship it back to us. A credit or check will be issued upon receipt at our facility.
We recommend sending returns once a month – it saves on postage and administrative tasks on your end and ours.
Do I need to create any marketing?
No. We create the client materials for you. We’ll email them to you – simply print them and place them on your counter top.
Who should not use OrthoNew™?
OrthoNew™ is for adults only and for external use only. It should not be put on wounds or damaged or irritated skin. Clients who take any medication, have a medical condition or sensitive skin, or are pregnant or nursing should check with their doctor first. OrthoNew™ contains methyl salicylate (wintergreen). Clients should read the full label before use.
